Year Round, Full-time Maintenance Generalist-Sleeping Lady Resort

The generalist position at Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort is full-time, year-round with full benefits package: medical/vision/dental, 401(k), paid vacation, paid sick leave and resort discounts. The position will provide maintenance for facilities and grounds. Our focus is on preventative care of grounds and facilities. You will assist in the upkeep, repair, and troubleshooting all aspects of the property. Some skills required are: Carpentry skills to include square and level and plumb construction. Wood And Drywall repair, sanding + painting.

Plumbing skills to include usage of a plunger, snake or pressurized drain cleaner. Repair or replacement of PVC, Copper, Galvanized, black pipe. Able to operate hand tools, power tools, walk behind snow blowers + some heavy equipment. Light electrical skills to include trouble shooting of electrical circuits of both low voltage, single phase + 3 phase. Standard-GF outlets, manipulating proper circuit breakers for job assignments. Able to lift and support up to 50lbs. Able to lift, bend, twist, kneel, climb and stoop. Job includes repetitive motions and ability to work off ladders without fear of heights.

The generalist works closely with all departments and has frequent interactions with guests. You must maintain a professional and hospitable attitude and appearance at all times.
