Jones Construction LLC is hiring Fulltime Roofers in all areas of the Roofing industry with a high base wage and large incentives including regular raises for performance, bonuses for timely jobs completed, 300attendance bonus, xmas and holiday bonuses, Paid travel to jobs, and additional earned cash for those with drivers licenses that can drive both trucks and trailers to job sites. SHINGLERS $18-25/hr LABORERS $12-18/hr and a 2nd FOREMAN position paying $25-35/hr plus bonuses. 1099 position/paid wkly Fulltime employees who stay on for 6 months or more are eligible for W2 if desired. Work year round no gaps during winter. Jobs typically in Youngstown and Pittsburgh, and some surrounding areas. Must have reliable transportation to local base site then transportation is provided to job sites. Also able to drive self to job site for convenience and if transporting yourself and one other employee gas and travel time will be compensated.
