    Summary

    About the position:

    This position will be assigned to the NAF Human Resources Office on FE Warren AFB, Wyoming.

    This position is considered Flexible and has the potential to work up to 40 hours per week. As a flexible employee, you are not eligible for leave or benefits. The starting pay rate for this position is $12.50 per hour. This position can later transfer into a Regular Full Time position offering annual/sick leave and benefits; Health/Dental and Life Insurance, 401k and Retirement.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Assists in providing recruitment and placement service to NAF activities by processing job announcements for USAJobs
    • Responsible for a full range of personnel actions such as appointments, position and pay changes, transfers, and separations
    • Provides specific items of information to NAF employees regarding personnel matters. In-process new employees, providing an overview of employee benefits and assisting in the completion of employment documents
    • Inputs personnel data into the automated NAF personnel data system to process a variety of personnel actions

    • Experience in responsible clerical or office work of any kind
