Part-Time Bookkeeper

DescriptionIf you have strong accounting skills and enjoy doing group work, you may be an excellent fit for this Part-Time Bookkeeper position that requires interpersonal skills. If you have experience with A/P, A/R, General ledger, and financial reporting, then this may be the right Bookkeeper role for you.Key responsibilitiesSustain collections of historical records by organizing documents

Organize a structured method to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures

Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

Oversee and manage general ledger

Produce financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

Examine payments received and record deposits

Appease accounts by balancing entries

RequirementsPrior experience working with collections/accounting software

Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred

QuickBooks experience
