Maintenance Tech-Full Time

Full time person for 3 properties in La Crosse for a total of 74 apartments. Must like people, be able to travel, have a valid license with auto insurance. This position would be responsible for some lawn care, apartment turns, common area maintenance, resident maintenance, light grounds, customer service and all preventative maintenance. Needs all your own hand tools. We offer 15 days of PTO, employer pays full health benefits and if you participate in our wellness plan we will pay a portion of the deductible, 403b, plus much more! $18 an hour with an auto allowance of $150 a month.
