Licensed Esthetician - Kneaded Relief

Linens, equipment and products are provided for the employees use along with guidance from an Esthetic Department Manager and on-site Owners.

Qualifications:

Must be certified and have State License

Must be reliable, professional, friendly and responsible.

Must be able to understand and identify skin conditions

Must have experience with waxing including Brazilian Bikini Wax

Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends (every other weekend is required).

Must have excellent communication and writing skills. Computer skills necessary.

Spa experience helpful and 1 year of experience is preferred. Training in Bioelements or PCA Products a plus.

Availability:

Full Time (35hr/wk) or Part Time available. Each shift contains a 30 minute paid set-up and clean-up time. All facial appointments have a paid 15 minute turn-around time built in.

Possible schedule could include the following:

Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: Day or Evening shift

Fridays: 8:30am-3:30p

Sunday: 10:30-4:30p

Compensation:

Salary expectation: $32-$60K/year

Starting pay is based on experience, and all team members are paid a guaranteed hourly wage whether performing services, training or helping the team. Compensation is based on hourly pay and average tips combined.

Pay increases available during Annual Performance Reviews and as well as through a Broadband system which is based on monthly Performance Goals. This enables you to give yourself a raise outside of the Annual Performance Reviews.
