Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists in completing work orders assigned to them in a timely manner based on priority

Assists in Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy

Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications

Maintaining grounds (Assists when a groundskeeper is utilized)

Assists in preventative maintenance as assigned

Assists in maintaining and keeping a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas

Assists in exterior structural maintenance as needed

May assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members

Snow removal (when applicable)

Assist in pool maintenance (where applicable)

Other duties and special projects as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

High school diploma or equivalent

6+ months’ experience in general maintenance

Some dry walling experience including painting and carpentry

Basic knowledge of electrical, and plumbing

Have good verbal and written communication

Problem solving skills
