Join us at Guidehouse.ResponsibilitiesGuidehouse is responsible for providing enterprise project management support for a global health initiative to our client at the Department of State. The role requires an experienced project manager to oversee the enterprise-wide delivery of one of our client's critical data streams, working with a variety of clients, functional teams, and technical/developer stakeholder groups to manage the integrated delivery to a global user community of multiple software product and training resources. The role is accountable for overall delivery and, as such, must be experienced in engaging with senior stakeholders and communicating with impact.QualificationsRequirements: US. Government - active Secret Clearance contractually required US Citizenship is contractually required A Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position to be considered Minimum Years of Experience: 3-5 years Certifications Preferred: PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or related Agile CertificationKnowledge Preferred: Demonstrates knowledge of IT Project Management and Agile Project Management Demonstrates knowledge of financial management and comfort with data analysis and reporting Develop and manage an integrated delivery schedule Interface with Solution Architects and Business Owners to determine scope, requirements, and priority Develop roadmaps and release plans for systems delivery in collaboration with technical team Deliver status reports Develop and manage delivery status meetings, agendas, and notes Identify and manage risks and facilitate risk resolution Manage communications plan Manage resource planningSkills Preferred:- Demonstrates abilities and success with working in IT Project Management, Product Development or related field to delivery project and products on time and on budget using Agile methodologies- Demonstrates abilities and success with working with clients to understand and document needs, translating those needs into requirements- Demonstrates abilities and success in research and data gathering based and compiling and presenting results in client-ready deliverables- Demonstrates abilities and success interfacing/liaising with technical product teams to capture requirements, remove blocking issues, and escalate risks as necessary- Demonstrates abilities and success building relationships with executive level clients and business owners- Demonstrates abilities and success using presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to understand and solution for complex problems- Demonstrates familiarity with project workflow tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence, GitHub, Asana, other)Clearance: Active SecretAdditional RequirementsThe successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.DisclaimerAbout GuidehouseGuidehouse is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
