High volume and quality commercial catering operation seeking creative chef and manager to oversee kitchen operation, menu creation/creative direction and supplier management.
This is a working position. You will be cooking and managing daily. Pastry experience is highly desired as is a passion for small plate, canapé and event catering.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
You will have the chance to build a team of 1-3 additional cooks and line staff.
