What you will be doing:Complete various HR special projects within the Florence pizza plant or across business units.

Gain exposure to and resolve routine employee problems or issues related to traditional employee relations matters.

Interpret various HR plans, programs, policies and procedures for employees and provides advice and recommendations to business unit management on typical or non-critical items.

Recruit, screen, and interview internal or external candidates for vacant positions.

Coordinate learning and development opportunities.

Maintain confidential employee data.

Proven leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to relate to all levels of management.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

Must be a confident self-starter who is comfortable driving decisions from areas of ambiguity.

Candidates should currently be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Organization Development, Management or related program with an anticipated graduation date of December 2021 or May 2022.

GPA of 3.0+ preferred.
