We are seeking a Product Manager to join our growing, fast-paced, close-knit team. In this position, you will lead our product development initiatives in close partnership with the Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, Dealer Solutions, Operations, and Customer Success teams. You will manage the entire Product lifecycle from concept to design and development to launch and performance management.ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage the roadmap for your Product Suite

Maintain and prioritize the feature backlog for your Product Suite with input from the VP of Product

Know your customers: Engage with end-users, conduct user research, and turn these insights into product features with demonstrable performance results

Work closely with UX Research and Product Design to ensure you and your team fully understand customer needs and behavior

Communicate the vision for your Product Suite to key stakeholders across DealerPolicy to generate excitement and buy-in

Act as Product Owner for some/all of the products within your backlog

Engage, evaluate, negotiate with, and onboard vendors critical to delivery for your Product Suite

Plan and lead execution of product go-to-market launches across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Technology, and Operations

Develop a framework for measuring the performance of each Product in your Product Suite and implement the necessary reporting and analytics

Monitor and report to senior management on the performance of your Products

Develop financial models to evaluate the performance of each Product before, during, and post launch

Requirements5+ years experience as a software Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager or equivalent

BA/BS or equivalent experience; background in design a plus

Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Experience with financial modeling

Obsession with Design – both sofware and business process

Experience in Continuous Product Discovery and an Agile environment; keep abreast with Agile and Product Management best practices and new trends

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

Creative thinker with a vision

Focused and determined, results-oriented

Experience in Personal Lines Insurance or Automobile Retail preferred

Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint

Certifications a plus
