We are growing at a fast pace therefore we are looking for full time Real Estate Acquisition Specialist .

We provide hot (pre-qualified) leads daily, however, we expect an acquisition person to be a hustler and generate leads by other means (if hot leads slow down) through the use of cold calling, texting, etc.

We will offer the tools and cutting-edge resources you need to perform at your very best. We reward contribution and results and we do not cap income.

a real go-getter could potentially achieve annual commissions in excess of $150,000.

If you are an assertive, self-directed, and goal-oriented person with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone, you may be a good fit for our company.

We are seeking to fill the position with someone who does not get intimidated, offended, or depressed when facing rejection.

We desire someone who is relentless with following up on leads, very skilled at handling objections, managing time, multi-tasking, prioritizes work, and has an effective track record of surpassing financial goals.

Our Company offers a stress-free sale to homeowners who want or need to sell their homes. We provide an exceptional and alternative way to sell for cash without the struggle of a traditional sale.

We buy properties "AS IS" (no cleaning, no repairs required, no real estate agent fees, etc).

Due to the pandemic and social-distancing, this will be primarily a virtual / phone acquisition position and you will be mostly working from home in an environment conducive to professional sales calls therefore a stable and dependable internet connection are requirements.

There could be some in-person meetings and you may have to go meet a local seller in-person.

This is a great opportunity for you and for your family to have you working from home while making a good living .

Compensation :

$72,000 yearly Commision Only

Responsibilities :

Build rapport with the sellers, overcome objections and successfully negotiate purchase agreement contracts

Managing follow-up and relationship-building in the pipeline while prioritizing hot seller leads

Immediately contact and vet seller leads while quickly building rapport and trust

Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into a new client (new contract)

Manage lead information and sales activities in company CRM. Reply quickly to all incoming leads and requests information.

Utilize CRM to track all day to day necessary contact interaction details and sales process.

Prepare all paperwork and required reports such as due diligence documents, letters of intent, and any other paperwork required to finalize real estate transactions

Schedule inspection appointments, consult on best options, and present possible solutions

Evaluate a property condition through research based on data obtained online, via the phone, site walks and market trends, including sales value and the cost of rehabbing the home (we will teach this to someone new to the industry)

Discuss and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions on purchase contracts

Contact at least 30 to 40 homeowners that want to sell the houses over the phone

Follow a developed and proven process with extraordinary consultative listening skills.

Coordinate complex situations and make it easy for people to make decisions based on their reasons to do business.

Identify and remove any possible contract killers before going for the close

Qualifications :

2+ years of commission-based sales experience. Car sales, Medical sales.

1 Year of experience in real estate acquisition or real estate sales is highly desired

Confidence in your ability to close and great at reading people

Efficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems

Exceptional communication skills, oral and written.

Willingness to adopt the company’s core values, systems, and ethics into your approach

An ability to understand market data and analyze investment deals

Acute attention to detail with IMPECCABLE FOLLOW-UP SKILLS. Fast-starter

Self-Directed (once you are established, we are not micro-managers)

Looking to win at sales by providing true value to clients

You must have the capacity to talk to homeowners on the phone and take gentle control while building rapport in uneasy situations where emotions for your prospect could be high

You are able to put people at ease, make them feel comfortable, ask great questions, show empathy and find out their motivation

You do exceptionally well at closing new prospects and have strong closing skills, making it possible to close on the first call without the prospect feeling pressure
