Frontier glass is looking for a CSR

Wanted: Experienced customer service representative to join our team at Frontier Glass. We're looking for someone who can work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment to provide the best customer service possible. Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to multi-task, the experience with Microsoft office, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks a must. Must be comfortable supervising several shop and field employees.

Responsibilities included:

Quoting a variety of automotive, residential, and equipment glass products through multiple vendors

Purchase all necessary parts, equipment, and supplies

Provided estimates to customers via phone, email, or walk in

Collecting day to day payments as well as monitoring customer account balances

Coordinating short and long term scheduling needs

Effectively dispatching technicians to the field for scheduled jobs as well as last minute emergency

Monitoring job status and billing upon job completion

This is a full-time position Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Pay is DOE
