Executive Director

Green Star is accepting applications for the position of Executive Director. Under direction of the Board of Directors, the ED is responsible for management and operation of the organization, including: fundraising, grant writing, financial management, program and event coordination, staff and volunteer recruitment and management, marketing and public relations, and community outreach. The successful candidate will have strong fundraising and organizational experience, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills. As leader of the Green Star team, the new Executive Director will be ideally situated to make a difference in our community. This is a full-time position located in Fairbanks.
