Growing independently owned car dealership seeking immediate employment for a qualified Lender Billing, and Administrative Assistant.

Position is full time

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assisting in finance data entry, Lender Contract Billing, Assist with customer signings, Light Accounting and Posting of Payments.

Must have great customer service skills, great telephone manner, and the ability to multi task.

Prior auto dealership knowledge is preferred for this position.

Required Skills:

Experience of administrative / billing duties within the Auto Industry.

Communicate in a highly professional manner, both oral and written, will all levels of associates, vendors and business community.

Must be organized, self-reliant, dependable, flexible, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Proficiency with PC knowledge, Word, Excel would be helpful

Great time management skills with the ability to multi-task sufficiently

Must have a valid driver's license.

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
