CAD Draftsman to prepare CAD drawings for commercial and residential tenant improvements. Draftsmen will be required to make site visits to construction sites. This requires a hands-on approach to each project. Will be required to assist in the permitting and entitlement process.
Fast paced dynamic company requires:
AutoCAD software proficiency a must
Entitlement and Drafting experience necessary
Some light travel required
Management of projects
Review and edit drawings of other designers
Right hand person to head contractor
Assist in permitting process with building departments
Ability to multi-task
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
3-4 years AutoCAD experience
Good computer skills
Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal
Willing to wear multiple hats and go beyond traditional duties to get the job done
