Digital Marketing Director & Web Designer Needed

Digital Marketing Director (SEO/SEM) -

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

1+ year of SEO experience

Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies

Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console (Webmaster Tools), Google Keyword Planner Tool, Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook for Business

Knowledge on best practices to improve website performance

Be highly organized and have a strong attention to detail

Ability to prioritize, managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously and efficiently.

Experience with modern CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify

Working knowledge of HTML and CSS

Passion to learn as much as possible in general, and all things SEO in particular.

Good communication and people skills

Enthusiastic, flexible, and creative problem solver with excellent attention to detail

TYPES OF PROJECTS/DUTIES INCLUDE:

Utilize all available digital strategies in support of client marketing services including Pay Per Click advertising, inbound marketing, content marketing, social media, and email marketing

Execute both technical and creative SEO strategies to increase search visibility, rankings and organic traffic

Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting toolOptimize client websites by writing title, meta information and on-page content, implementing best practice SEO on-page and ensuring brand messaging consistency

Audit websites for SEO health, user experience and conversions and improve upon previous SEO efforts

Perform Local SEO activities through citation building, local link outreach, and Google My Business Management.

Preparing and executing on-page optimization strategies to achieve organic visibility for our clients

Monitor analytics and search console for our clients

Prepare monthly SEO and analytics reports for our clients and communicate with them on the results and your recommendations for the future

Experiment (and sometimes fail) with new SEO tactics and strategies, continuously testing and problem solving.

Google Analytics, Search Console and Google My Business setup and maintenance

Gather information and conduct research including keyword research, competitive research, analytics research, etc., and complete related reporting

NICE-TO-HAVES:

Experience working with a team in a design studio or design department of a company.

Experience in growing and maintaining social media accounts

Google SEO related certifications

Working knowledge of HTML, PHP and/or JavaScript

Wage - $23-$24/hr DOE

Web Designer-

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with modern CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify

Solid HTML5 and CSS3 experience

A firm understanding of SEO

Knowledge of ADA compliance standards a plus

Strong cross-browser testing skills

Familiarity with design files and applications as it relates to development

Basic design skills and excellent samples to show your capabilities in this area

A firm understanding of user experience/interaction design

Strong understanding of developing for dynamic content and content management systems

Organized with good coding practices

Knowledge on best practices to improve website performance

Ability to maintain and update multiple websites in a session

Stay up-to-date on website systems and technology

Good communication skills and people skills

NICE-TO-HAVES:

PHP and/or JavaScript programming skills

Experience working with a team in a design studio or design department of a company.

E-Commerce knowledge and experience

Implementing API's

Experience in Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Business

Experience with computers and can offer technical support to clients

Experience in setting up email settings on all types of devices

Experience in growing and maintaining social media accounts
