Maintenance Technician

SummitCove Property Management is looking to expand our Maintenance Team in Keystone.

Do you have painting experience? Are you handy with tools? Do you have experience fixing household items, appliances, hot tubs, etc? We are looking for a Maintenance Tech who is interested in gaining more experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Painting interior and exterior surfaces

-Taking care of our guests and homeowners inside our properties

-Fixing basic household items including but not limited to changing light bulbs/batteries, troubleshooting TV and Internet, replacing garbage disposals, troubleshooting appliances, etc.

-Communicating with the office regularly on updates and information

-Communicating with our owner services team on a regular basis

-Driving to town to pick up parts from Lowes

-Make sure our properties are in excellent condition at all times

Our guests come from all over the state, country, and worldwide to stay in Keystone and enjoy the mountains year-round. Our Maintenance Team is responsible for making sure their properties are in excellent condition and responding to assist them when it is needed.

The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, enthusiastic, and have exceptional customer service skills. We also require you to have a driver's license and a clean driving record.
