Kickapoo Tavern is hiring for BOH

KICKAPOO TAVERN is a fast paced high volume restaurant at the base of Keystone Ski Resort in River Run Village. We are hiring for BOH positions for this upcoming winter season. Position requires 20-40 hours per week. We offer very competitive wages DOE. Some requirements for the position are but not limited to:

Must be able to work night and weekends

Able to communicate easily

Able to work well with others in confined areas

Friendly neat organized

Professional and enthusiastic

Able to grasp, lift and/or carry 30lbs as needed

Basic knife handling skills

Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
