Who we are:
Fall Line Kitchen and Cocktails is a fast-paced and high-volume establishment in the heart of Vail Village. Since inception, we have grown as a team who provides personable service and strives for an experience of friendliness and belonging.
Who we are looking for:
We are in search of cooks have at least two years of experience in a fine dining and fast-paced restaurants. Friendly, competent, and speedy are the base-level qualities for a team member. The position requires 20-40 hours per week.
These are the requirements for the position:
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
- Must have 2+ high-volume cooking experience.
- Willing to interact with customers
- Able to communicate easily
- Able to work well with others in a confined area
- Friendly, neat, organized
- Professional and enthusiastic
- Able to work ten hour-plus shifts plus ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of
time
- Able to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 30 lbs as needed
- Must possess hearing, visual and sensory abilities to observe and detect emergency
situations
