Larkspur events and dining is looking for a Sous Chef! This is an opportunity to work in one of Vail’s family owned, iconic fine dining restaurants that has been serving the valley for 20 years.

Larkspur is a dynamic and multifaceted business requiring experience in all forms of the culinary arts. We are open to the public in the winter for lunch and après, as well as operating a grab and go market in the golden peak lodge. In the summer we are closed to the public for private events and specialize in high end weddings. Larkspur is a business where you will participate in a wide variety of cuisines, techniques, and an array of restaurant styles. We facilitate fine dining multi course dinners, elevated individually plated buffets, fast casual lunches, live action carving stations, and culinary workshops/competitions.
