Every Ski Technician’s shift combines time on the road, delivering equipment rentals, offering our support service, and picking up equipment after a customer's final day on the mountain.
Safety Standards
Masks will be provided by Ski Butlers and worn by all team members throughout shifts and on delivery
Workspaces and equipment will be sanitized regularly throughout the day and deep cleaned before and after every shift
Employee’s temperature will be taken at the beginning of every shift using a no-contact thermometer
On-Road Responsibilities
Deliver ski/snowboard rentals and accessories to our guest's accommodations, focusing on getting the customer excited about their upcoming ski trip by being an expert about the rental process and equipment, insider tips to enjoy the mountain, and off-hill activities to enjoy with their families.
Pickup equipment after our guests last ski/snowboard day
Provide equipment support to our guests and fellow Ski Technicians
Shop Responsibilities
Packing orders for future deliveries
Basic ski tuning, waxing and general maintenance of our equipment
Organization and cleanliness of shop
Organization and cleanliness of delivery vans
Answering and making calls to our guests
Administrative work
Full-time Ski Technicians have 5 shifts per week, running from 6:30 am - 2 pm (AM shift) OR 2 pm -close (PM Shift). Our schedule allows you to get out skiing/riding any day you want to! No prior experience required. We have tracked credit card tips and the average tech is making closer to at least $17-$18/hr, not including cash tips or bonuses.
