THE TRUFFLE PIG RESTAURANT - located at the base of the ski area in Steamboat Springs, Colorado is currently accepting applications/resumes for the positions of: SERVER / HOST / FOOD RUNNER. These positions are seasonal as the business is closed during the shoulder season. We do have an extremely high standard of service and elevated expectations from management and ownership.
Qualified candidates will have exceptional service skills with ample knowledge of:
-Food Products
-Wine: Varietals / Regions / General Characteristics / Ability to Pair with Food
-Spirits: Our Craft Cocktail list includes 30+ specialty cocktails [extensive knowledge of Whiskey / Tequila / Gin / Cordials is expected]
-Service: Individuals must have a passion and drive to perform at the top of their game while attending to the guests, and while communicating with the kitchen, bar, colleagues and management. It is also mandatory that we have individuals who are team players to their co-workers while having the best interest of the business at heart.
Those who are Slackers and Entitled while making excuses and pointing the finger at others need not apply. We are a family at Truffle Pig. We constantly hold each other accountable with the objective of providing exceptional food, beverage and service to deliver a fantastic experience.
