Job Description
Rocky Mountain High is hiring sales associates at our Durango location! Founded in 2009, we have grown to seven retail locations across the state, including four in Denver and three on the western slope, as well as multiple grow operations.
Candidates must have a valid MED industry badge and be willing to contribute to a growing organization.

Job Description:
Our Budtenders are the foundation and culture of RMH and work as part of a team to provide the best customer service experience possible.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Greeting and welcoming customers
- Being Professional and Courteous with every customer
- Following ID Checking Procedures
- Understanding Basic Compliance
- Creative Upselling and Solutions Catered to a Customer's Needs
- Understanding our Pricing & Deals Structure
- Recommending Solutions and New Products
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service and Sales
- Having Knowledge of our Products, Strains, and Brands
- Managing Customer Flow Effectively
- Improving their skillset and knowledge base regularly
- Communicating Effectively with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager
- Taking initiative and Being Proactive
- Working and Contributing as part of a team
- Regularly receiving and giving feedback
- Understanding Basic Inventory Tracking Procedures
- Following RMH Policies and Procedures
- Adherence to Local and State COVID-19 Prevention Protocol
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly, Hourly plus tips (negotiable)
