Bilingual Operations Specialist/Warehouse Assistant 仓库工单操作员

S.F. Express Corp. is looking for Bilingual Operations Specialist/Warehouse Assistant to facilitate COS functions as well as enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Assist local teams with COS functions and handle packages

Provide support to existing gateway procedures

Communicate with customer service team both in China and U.S. and deal with inquiries online

Acknowledge at the various operational tasks and expectation shipments

Be fully knowledgeable in outbound operations

Learn current SF Express systems for planning, monitoring, and troubleshooting purposes

Coordinate projects and tasks needed to be implemented in the U.S.

Be able to use UPS WorldShip for redirecting shipments (Can be trained)

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent

Good knowledge in logistics/express industry

1-3 years working or training experience in operations/e-commerce

Must be organized with high attention to detail

Must be diligent and able to work under pressure

Basic PC skills in MS Office environment (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Bilingual in English and Chinese is highly preferred
