Hosts/ Bartenders/ Servers/ Kitchen Staff

Shellhammer’s Restaurant and Bar is looking to hire real restaurant people.The compensation package is excellent and higher than any restaurant in our area. Our turnover is rare!

Shellhammer’s is privately, family owned for over 25 years and we are dedicated to our staff. We believe our staff is the number one reason for our continued success. Most of our kitchen staff has been with us for over 20 years. We strive to promote from within and have many staff members on the bar and management team that started at the host desk or the floor. As a team, Our goal is to exceed our guest's expectations.

The servers, bartenders and hosts ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality service. Servers, bartenders and hosts work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to Far Exceed Expectations Daily for our Guests.

Must have upbeat outgoing and positive attitude
