Responsible for the execution of year-round dining services at the Sharon Country Club, including special events, banquet functions and outside private events held at the Club. Maintain the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards and manage the hiring and supervision of kitchen staff. Oversee food and labor costs to meet expectations of the Club’s annual budgets, and work in conjunction with the House Manager, House Committee and Board of Governors to maintain a high-quality dining experience through menu development and membership feedback.
