Insurance Office Admin Help

We are looking for a customer service and relationship manager for a small insurance agency in Torrington. CT insurance license and experience is preferred, but we will train the right applicant. We are a tech heavy paperless office, so you must be comfortable in this environment.

There is some flexibility in the hours, but it will be at least 25 hours, up to 40. Pay will be hourly plus possibility for bonus or commission. Range is depending on experience and skills.

We are located in downtown Torrington in a bright, well-lit office with good parking and a lot of activity. Your job will be answering phone, making changes, and supporting the producers in the office. If you are not insurance licensed you will be required to complete that licensing during your probation period.
