You would be our first point of contact for our customers, so enjoying people is a must. We need someone who can oversee the sales process, from prospecting, estimating, following up, closing the sale and ensuring the job gets done right, done on time, and done within budget.

Duties include:

Fostering mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and suppliers

Developing relationships with existing customer base-seeking referrals

Developing estimates with team assistance for landscape projects and multi-year maintenance contracts

Tracking and following-up on leads and customer meetings

Ensuring complete customer satisfaction through communication with all involved team members

Staying abreast of current trends in the industry

Participating in team meetings

Qualifications:

DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED

· Experience in residential/commercial landscaping or commensurate education

· 1-2 years of experience in sales development.

· Ability to read and understand RFPs and site drawings

· The ability to work independently and consistently provide timely follow up with prospects.

· Advanced presentation, interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills.

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.

· Confident and professional phone, mail, and electronic prospecting skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Effective sales, customer service, and communication skills required.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
