Entry Level Help Desk Analyst

Summary:The Help Desk Analyst will perform data entry duties but will provide some tier 1 technical assistance to customers by assisting with account access issues remotely and aid with hardware/software repairs at one of our remote locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Hands-on engagement in understanding and applying Lean

Maintains an unrelenting focus on improvement and providing customer value

Makes learning and practicing of Lean principals a daily priority.

Assist customers with account access issues through account activation or password resets.

Enter data/records into key production systems.

Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.

Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.

Primary and initial contact for end user support responsible for generating incident tickets.

Responsible to escalate help desk issues to appropriate escalation queue.

Follow established incident service management while following compliant incident management and service escalation.

Qualifications:

Associates Degree or Medical Assistant Certification

2 years’ experience in the healthcare field

Proficient in MS Office and EHR

Must be available on nights and weekends
