Full Time Office Assistant

We're looking to hire a 2nd full time (Monday through Friday 8-5 pm) office assistant to work from our office and assist with all office duties which are the following but are not limited to:
- Answering calls
- Scheduling sales rep for appointments
- Creating invoices/estimates using Quickbooks and Word Doc
- Filing away documents
- Doing follow up calls with customers after a completed project
- Mailing out invoices and/or thank you letters to customers
You must have at least 4 years of office experience with reliable transportation. Basic knowledge/experience with QBs is preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required.
