Apartment Maintenance Supervisor needed in Tallahassee! Will be responsible for overseeing another Technician and working on service calls throughout the apartment complex.
Must have experience in plumbing, electrical, hvac, carpentry and painting. EPA + CPO certifications highly preferred.
Pay is based on experience. Background + drug test required.
Monday - Friday 7a-4p.
