WANTED Skilled Handyman

WANTED Skilled Handyman for Home Rental in Lihue for $20-30 Hr. Depending on how many hours needed for the Job.

We are Not looking for a current "Working Contractor", or a Job Salesmen!

Just a person with a good clean background and a person willing to get paid for only the actual Jobs they complete plus materials for those jobs. You must be proficient (good at), Plumbing and Electrical Work and Generally Fixing things.

I currently have a Rental at Banyan Harbor Rental and need to get some things repaired and replaced. Such as:

1. Replacing in wall Shutoff Valves with Ball Valves for clothes washer.

2. Moving a standard Bathroom Door from opening out into hallway, to opening into the Bathroom.

3. Repairing (preferred) or replacing flush mount Ceiling Fan.

4. Remain "On Call" for various maintenance issues as they come up from our Property Manager for this and other many Properties on Kauai.

Only contact me, if You must have your own full complement of TOOLS! and a Pick-Up Truck, or Van to work with. I pay after the job is completed using a Local Kauai checking account once the Property Manager has verified and accepted your work.

I do not open "Attachments" from people I do not know. Instead copy your resume onto your email, so I can read it without opening a resume attachment.
