We are currently hiring an Employee Service Clerk.

In support of our continued growth and expansion of services in Hawaii, Attention Plus Care is seeking a full-time Employee Service Clerk for our Honolulu office. This position is primarily responsible for providing a wide range of clerical support for the Staffing and Development Department. You will provide support to the Staffing and Development Manager and other employees as needed. Responsible for covering the call desk providing appropriate employee service and directing callers to the appropriate team member. This position is 40 hours per week.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assist with Client Care employee recruitment activities
Assists with application process
Prepares orientation start-up packets
Prepares and mail out No Hire Letters
Maintain Personal Records
Maintains manual computer records for employee
Assists in auditing records for quality assurance
Prepares records for off-site storage
Provide clerical support services
Word processes letters, reports, and other materials
Answering, routing, and forwarding calls to appropriate persons
Assists with documentation requirements
Promotes positive relations with employees
Communicates employee concerns to appropriate administrative staff
Maintains strict confidentiality of client and employee information
Assists in preparing fliers, training notices, and employee newsletters for distribution
Assists with employee surveys and questionnaires
Provides assistance in organizing and coordinating company events
Scanning and verifying shift reports
