LINE COOK (ft)- Hawaii Sea Spirits, Kula

Hawaii Sea Spirits is looking for a full time Line Cook. We are looking for a professional team player to join us as we open our new Cocktail Café here on our organic farm and distillery in Kula, home to Ocean Organic Vodka, Kula Rum and FY Gin. The ideal candidate will have relevant cook/chef experience and thrive in a customer service environment.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

€ Opening and closing kitchen

€ Daily food prep

€ maintain cleanliness in the kitchen

€ Work with bar staff to fill each order and insure customer satisfaction

€ Must be available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, approximately 6-8 hours per day on 4-5 days per week

QUALIFICATIONS:

€ Must be at least 21 years old

€ Previous restaurant experience

€ Must hold a Hawaii State Department of Health food safety card

€ Strong knowledge and passion for local and organic agriculture

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

€ Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds on an intermittent basis

€ Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
