New Day a thriving chiropractic office in the Lincoln Square/Northcenter area of Chicago is excited to meet and hire our future coordinator of care.

Coordinator of care is a 20-30 hour per week position and is the interface between New Day, our clients, our doctors and team, and with the wider community as you create and execute optimal systems for care, marketing, and outreach.

You will be the point person for ensuring that our life-changing care and the experience of the community around New Day is having the greatest and best impact possible!

If you are the ideal candidate, you are a customer service wiz with an ability to learn quickly, and you yearn to be part of something bigger than yourself and contribute to something powerful happening in the lives of others. You have an ability to pay attention to detail. And you may have experience in sales as well, which is preferred, but not a requirement.

20 per week to start, with 30 hours per week expected 3-4 months into your engagement here, depending on how fast you are able to master the most important aspects of this role. This job is not remote and will be happening live, in person, in our office. You will need to be (at the very least) comfortable with that.

You will be needed to work into the evenings 2-3 nights per week, and at other days and times to be determined, relative to our hours of operation, your availability, and that of other team members.

Pay will start at $18/hour, and we will happily increase your pay with your time and experience in this role.
