RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible processing offer letters.

Support the recruiter with coordinating onboarding activities for new hires.

Monitor progress of the background and drug screening through to completion.

Follow up on any issues with background and drug screening with appropriate contacts (Compliance, Human Resources, etc.

to determine if candidate is eligible for hire.

Send pre-adverse letter to candidates with concerns on candidates background results and notified recruiter and HR.

Responsible for sending day 1 email to new hires prior to first day of employment.

Responsible for triggering employee id number and IT equipment workflow.

Provide weekly updates to Recruiter on progress of their new hires progress in background process.

Keep new hire informed throughout the onboarding journey.

Ensure all compliance checks are followed during the background check process.

Manage candidates through the requisition process.

Ensure requisition management and compliance.

Manage the offer process.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

HS diploma.

A minimum of 1 year of HR / administrative experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The ability to multi-task and prioritize are critical.

Detail-Oriented and strong organizational skills.

Ability to manage confidential information.

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
