Stylist/barber for High End Mens Salon

18/8 Fine Men’s Salons of Carmel is hiring the best stylists and barbers in the industry. We are looking for a team player that is ready to take their career to the next level. We have overflow clientele and are looking for the right candidate to service and retain these guests as a part of their growing business with 18|8.

We Provide:

-A comfortable high-end environment designed specifically for men, including refreshments like complimentary craft beer and semi-private stations.

-Potential to grow into the core 18|8 leadership team, salon educator, senior or master barber.

-The higher of Hourly or Commission Structure (up to 60%). Our team averages between $21 and $40+ an hour plus cash tips

-Training in a leading method for cutting men’s hair with in salon educator.

-Constant support and coaching for building your client base. We provide you with all the marketing materials you need and heavily invest in large scale marketing.
