Our busy, customer focused office needs a reliable, well organized Front Office Assistant to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. We're looking for an energetic, experienced professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats.
Ideal candidates would:
Be organized
Have great customer service skills when working with other team members, subcontractors, vendors and others
Be willing to take on other roles and duties within the office, if and when necessary
Responsibilities and Duties
Paperwork Filing/Scanning
Assist all department managers when needed
Answer phones and assist customers
General office functions
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
Strong computer skills working with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
Ability to work independently and with other team members
Great verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize multiple competing tasks, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
Confidentiality, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly are important for this position
Benefits
