Senior Maintenance Technician

Regional property management company is seeking a senior maintenance technician for their properties in Waterloo, IA. We are seeking full time knowledgeable, self- motivated, experienced maintenance professionals to join our team. HVAC experience is preferred but not required. Must have own tools and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities and qualifications include:

Maintain general appearance and maintenance of the property

Prepare unit turns

Basic carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical

Must provide your own tools

Ability to work on-call (in rotation group)

Customer Service oriented

1 year of previous maintenance experience required

HVAC experience and CPO certified preferred

A signing bonus is available for this position.
