Working in the fulfilment center, this role is responsible for various duties within the Reverse Logistics department. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking team-player that is detail oriented in their work and self-motivated.

II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Wave, pick, palletize, and ship RTV orders.

Manage RTV field destroys

Pick, pack, ship, and adjust excess inventory

Pick product, assist customers, and place orders for onsite local sales

Assist in taking pictures of serialized inventory

Update conditions in T5IM as directed

Coordinate deliveries, put away and update conditions for hardware requests

Review RMA discard monthly

Research RTV and Local items as needed

Coordinate RTV rejected and replacement product deliveries

Work “Preject” Replenishment tasks, also replenish C01 pallet flow as needed.

Process customer RMAs as needed.

Communicate and escalate any problems that arise to the supervisor with a sense of urgency

Operate powered equipment to maximize efficiency

Perform daily warehouse maintenance and housekeeping

All other duties assigned

IV. SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE (Special skills, knowledge of machines, procedures, etc.)

Basic computer knowledge is required, intermediate knowledge is a plus

Ability to follow basic SOPs

IV. QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience: Must be hardworking, teamwork oriented, and focused with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, production environment

Visual and hearing capability.

Ability to sit for long periods of time.

Ability to maintain attendance as defined by company policy.

Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

Ability to operate general office equipment i.e. fax machine, photocopier, computer printer stationed between 3 & 4 feet high.

Ability to bend/stoop/crouch/climb/crawl as needed

Ability to push & pull items weighing up to 60lbs

Ability to lift & lower items weighing up to 60lbs

Ability to remain standing upright on feet for extended periods of time

Ability to perform repetitive motions within assigned duty, including, but not limited to the hands, wrists, fingers, back

Ability to walk about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another

Read, understand and utilize both RF scanners and computers

Demonstrates basic material handling/ packaging /warehouse equipment skills

Willing to work overtime/has flexible work hours

Ability to tolerate dramatic temperature changes
