Position : Field Supervisor Personal Care Services (Home Care)
POSITION SUMMARY : Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orienting, training, and supervising all Care Partners (field staff / Caregivers) and Lead Staffing Coordinators.
Responsible for assisting with the scheduling process. Follows up on Worker’s Compensation and unemployment claims. Responsible for Care Partner and Lead Staffing Coordinator counseling, performance evaluation, conflict resolution, corrective action, and termination according to AccentCare’s guidelines.
Conducts phone assessments of Clients as necessary. Performs special projects and other duties as assigned
What does a Field Supervisor do?
Responsible for all employment-related transactions, ensuring that all transactions are managed according to policy throughout the entire employment relationship, including interviewing, hiring, orienting, training, supervising, performance evaluations, counseling / corrective action, and termination of all Care Partners and Lead Staffing Coordinators.
Responsible for maintaining knowledge of the staffing process and performing staffing responsibilities as necessary / requested.
Responsible for reporting / loggings relating to Field Supervisor position
Responsible for managing Workers’ Compensation Claims and Unusual Occurrences
Assists in ensuring clients get appropriate care

What we look for in a qualified candidate
2 3 years of supervisory experience
Must be bilingual
Previous home health care experience required, staffing experience preferred
Valid driver’s license
Auto Insurance that meets AccentCare minimum requirements
Clear DMV record
