Carpenter/carpenter's helper/painter - Portland area

Hi,

We are a Portland area based construction company that is growing. I’m looking to hire a carpenter, or a carpenter’s helper that fits into an already great easy-going crew. If you have painting skills that’s a plus.

Here are some notes about the position and some of the attributes that I am looking for:

o Positivity, reliability, an aptitude for the work, and a desire to learn are important to me in a hire.

o At least some experience/established skillset is require.

o My projects vary from siding, deck construction, painting, renovating kitchens and bathrooms, etc. Therefore, if you have varied experience, that will be welcomed.

o Please have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

o We are a smoke free company, so please no smokers, drug users, or alcohol abusers.

o Please have the basic hand tools. I have all the saws and related equipment need outside of that.

o We take COVID-19 seriously. Therefore, we practice social distancing, always, and mask wearing when needed.
