JOB SUMMARY

This role is responsible for taking service calls, dispatching them to the appropriate technician to ensure the highest level of customer service possible. This job is located at our corporate headquarters in Sparks, MD.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: H.S. Diploma, College degree preferred.

Experience: 1+ year of administrative background in a professional office environment.

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills

Good written communication skills

Basic math skills;

Orientation to detail

Computer literacy in spreadsheets and word processing.

Strong customer service skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Take service calls from customers and dispatch them to the assigned technician based on the geography, or reassign calls to alternate technician during peak times and vacations.

Open calls in Company's computer system and enter all necessary information.

Update the call status for open calls for certain high priority customers.

Provide overall support to the service administration division.

Perform other duties as assigned.
