Job purpose:
To provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems
that our customers might face. You will also be asked to process orders,
modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication
channels.
You will be the second member to the company and you will be provided remote training.
Duties & responsibilities:
Managing large amounts of incoming calls and responding promptly
Handling sales inquiries related to the product/service
Providing basic troubleshooting and escalating tickets
Resolving customer complains via phone, email, or live-chat
Opening and maintaining customer accounts by recording account
information
Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts
and file documents
Assist with billing, placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
Minimum level of Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills required: (e.g. good analytical and reporting skills, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Ability to memorize, recall, or research answers quickly
Competencies required:
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Strong computer skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Fluent in English
