primary/secondary internet source for Americans in rural parts of the U.S.

Job purpose:

To provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems

that our customers might face. You will also be asked to process orders,

modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication

channels.

You will be the second member to the company and you will be provided remote training.

Duties & responsibilities:

 Managing large amounts of incoming calls and responding promptly

 Handling sales inquiries related to the product/service

 Providing basic troubleshooting and escalating tickets

 Resolving customer complains via phone, email, or live-chat

 Opening and maintaining customer accounts by recording account

information

 Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts

and file documents

 Assist with billing, placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges

Minimum level of Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills required: (e.g. good analytical and reporting skills, etc.)

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

 Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

 Ability to memorize, recall, or research answers quickly

Competencies required:

 Familiar with CRM systems and practices

 Strong computer skills

 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

 Fluent in English
