Foreman, Carpentry – Full Time

Looking for motivated, dependable individual who can lead an experienced, hard-working team to complete high quality, professional work that delights our customers. Brady-Built produces custom, pre-manufactured sunrooms, DIY kits, and other structures in our indoor, year-round facility in Auburn, Massachusetts.

This is a “player-coach” position where the foreman is expected to work alongside the rest of the team and lead from the front in terms of work ethic, productivity and quality of work. The current production team consists of 7-8 full time, year-round employees.

Carpentry experience is required; window installation & glazing experience is preferred. Strong people skills and ability to communicate with customers is required. Must have valid Driver’s License to drive company vehicle to and from job sites.

Typical hours are 6 AM to 2:30 PM but will fluctuate. Work is primarily in our production facility, but occasionally will require travel within Massachusetts, RI, CT, NH, etc. Work is year-round and occasional Saturday work is required. Full time benefits, including paid holiday/vacation time, 401K and health insurance.
