Our client is looking for a high energy, service-focused team member. Company is located in Northboro, MA, but remote is the norm for 2020.
Key tasks:
Managing client service issues/inquiries, resolving client concerns/requests
Able to work in a team/pooled service environment
Processing client transactions with insurance carriers
Managing renewal and new business
Office support duties renewing insurance licenses, ordering supplies, etc
Calculating commission reports and ensuring receipt of commission payments
Running quotes, drafting proposals
Preparing presentations
Other related tasks, upon request
Qualifications
PC literate - Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Salesforce
Good command of English language, both verbal and written
Strong service orientation, previous client contact/customer service experience strongly preferred
Must be reliable, detail-oriented, independent and task-driven
Employee benefits knowledge helpful but not required
15-20 hours week. Some flexibility in schedule, but hours should be spread over 3 days. Some consistency in schedule is required. Paid time off.
