Responsible for collecting and entering complete andaccurate demographic, personal and financial information pursuant to theregistration process.

Including thecorrect entry of physician orders for prescribed tests, supplies andprocedures.

Minimum Education

High school diploma or equivalent Required

Minimum WorkExperience

Minimum one year in customer service focused environment. Computer, data entryexperience preferred.
