Massage Therapist

Established Physical Therapy office looking for three Full Time / Part time Massage Therapistd. The Massage Therapist provides massage therapy, bodywork, exercise and stretching. They also work closely with Doctors / Physical therapist who referring their patients to them.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

Massage Therapy

Bodywork techniques

Accurate, timely charting of procedures and patient notes

Attendance at and participation in monthly employee meetings

Communication with referring practitioners about patient care and concerns

Managing scheduling of their patients’ return visits

Assisting in marketing activities related to massage

A team player in furthering the mission and values of our practice

Required to maintain Michigan Massage Therapy licensure

Understands and respects HIPAA policies

Examples of Massage Therapy Modalities desired are:

Sports Massage

Neuromuscular Taping

Lymphatic Drainage

Trauma Informed

Cranial Sacral

Reiki

Required Qualifications:

Licensed Massage Therapist

High school graduate

Prior service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with medical offices

Full time position (approximately 20 hours per week, 12-16 clients per week)

Part time position : 2 or 3 clients per day

Completive hourly rate / monthly salary
