I am looking for a hardworking young person who wants to learn the hvac trade, I'm willing to train the right person, the applicant I need will be a clean hardworking young person who has some experience with hand tools & power tools, is motivated to learn the trade, clean, respectful, in return I can promise a starting salary between $12 & $15/hr, easily increasing to $16 to $18 after proven performance in first 4 weeks, after that experienced techinicians who can go on their own are making $35 - $40 hr, there are also opportunities for bonuses relating to furnace, ac, water heater, mini-split systems, installations
